START THE NEW YEAR FEELING GOOD
It may be easier than you think.
You can start to improve your health by doing things that make you feel good. This may sound contrary, but if you take a moment to think about it, it will work. By doing things that make you feel good I’m not referring to things that make you feel good at the moment that you are doing them. I am referring to doing things that make you feel good after you do them, and for make you feel good long-term.
