The style of training I use will keep you motivated and wanting more each and every work out. Cookie cutter work outs don't work and are not effective! Everyone’s body is different so get an exercise program designed specifically for your body. During the fitness assessment and evaluation, I will inform you of any possible muscle imbalances and or postural deviations your body shows.

Education

A very important aspect is to educate you on how to work out safely and effectively so you get results and stay injury free. I emphasize certain variables and explain their importance and how they help make you stronger. Who doesn't want a nice fit body?

Accountability

A big part of my job is to hold you accountable to the work outs and keep you motivated and attend every session. Results can't be acheived without working hard and making every minute of each work out count.

Personality

It's my passion and desire to make sure you enjoy exercise and learn something from me at every session. I want you to value our time together and see our relationship as a path to success. I invest 100% in each client with the purpose of exceeding your expectations and making the program a life changing experience.

GROUP TRAINING is a great motivator. Don't hesitate, gather up your friends, teammates, or co workers to save money and get fit. It's something you can achieve together and have a lot of fun challenging each other to succeed. I recommend my three times per week and each session lasts approximately 60 minutes. BOOT CAMPS are offered for pay-up-front committed clients that get their friends, family, or co-workers together for a steady dose of exercise. NUTRITION

NUTRITION

It is hard to have a successful program without eating well and this seems to be the most difficult part for most people. If you learn nothing else from SoCal Fitness, know that nutrition is key. If your struggling with your nutrition start small. Drink lots of water and make sure that you have a healthy breakfast each and every morning. Think of it as putting the gas in your body so that you can run all day. You’ll find nutritional guidance from SoCal Fitness will keep you on a successful training plan.
