WHAT IS CIRCUIT TRAINING?
Who has 60 minutes a day to work out every day?!? All of our lives are very busy and the important thing you can do in squeeze in exercise at any time during your day. The best way to make use of your time is to have a plan of what you want to accomplish and trying a circuit work out is a great way to get everything done in a short amount of time. Try this and see how it works for you. If you crank up the intensity and lower the duration you can still benefit in a great workout during a busy day.
- 5 minute warm up on the stationary bike
- 20 push ups
- 30 lunges in place
- 15 burpees
- 1 minute front plank
- 12-15 inverted rows.
Repeat those exercises 3-4xs and see how long it takes you-). This will keep your muscles working hard, heart rate elevated so you burn fat and tons of calories, all in 30 minutes or so.
