MEET YOUR TRAINER

Steve Botsford, founder of SoCal Fit in Huntington Beach, has been involved in the fitness industry for twelve years. He has been competitive in sports and fitness all of his life and know what it's like to have your weight go up and down and have to control it for better performance. As a Trainer, Steve stresses the importance of keeping your eye on the prize with weekly goals to keep you motivated, on target, and accountable for results. As such, SoCal Fit is truly dedicated to the health and wellness industry. One of Steve's current efforts is working with kids and stressing the importance of health and exercise to help fight the Diabetes epidemic. His education includes a B.S. in Kinesiology in Exercise, Fitness, & Nutrition from San Diego State University, NCEP CPT, NSCA CPT, CPR & AED Certified (American Red Cross).

MEET YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Kyle Palacios, Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in human movement with a focus on minimizing joint and muscle strain. Strength, flexibility, and muscle activation patterns all need to work in proper balance in order to minimize strain on your tissues which can lead to pain. I completed the physical therapy clinical doctorate program at the University of Illinois at Chicago and am currently completing a residency program specializing in orthopedics. My skills focus on the evaluation of muscle length, strength, and movement coordination. Common aches and pain which may be aggravated by exercise can be addressed with a physical therapy evaluation.
