MEET YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Kyle Palacios, Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in human movement with a focus on minimizing joint and muscle strain. Strength, flexibility, and muscle activation patterns all need to work in proper balance in order to minimize strain on your tissues which can lead to pain. I completed the physical therapy clinical doctorate program at the University of Illinois at Chicago and am currently completing a residency program specializing in orthopedics. My skills focus on the evaluation of muscle length, strength, and movement coordination. Common aches and pain which may be aggravated by exercise can be addressed with a physical therapy evaluation. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to schedule a consultation.
